Andrea Bolignano got the degree in physics at "La Sapienza" University of Rome in 2003. From 2004 to 2023 he worked at the Regional Agency for the Environmental Protection of Lazio region (ARPA Lazio). Since June 2023 he is a researcher at National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and sustainable Economic Development (ENEA).
During 2012-2022, as coordinator of the Air Quality Regional Center at ARPA Lazio agency, he worked with the forecast air quality modelling system at regional scale, local scale modelling system and the regional air quality monitoring network.
Since June 2023 he is working with air quality modelling and forecasting systems at the Atmospheric Pollution Laboratory of ENEA institute.
